

Our Story
Icarus & Apollo was born out of a passion for creating delicious plant-based street food experiences that bring people together. Our journey started with a simple idea: to offer vibrant, flavourful dishes made with locally sourced, fresh ingredients.
The idea began while Chef Holly was traveling the world, sampling different cuisines. Upon returning home from working in Australia, the vision was born to convert two vintage caravans into food vans to attend festivals and weddings.
This concept quickly grew into a restaurant and delivery service during lockdown. Today, we specialize in delivering high-quality food at pop-ups, corporate events, weddings, and private parties throughout the UK and Europe. We believe in the power of food to spark joy and connection, and that's what drives us every day. With a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices, we aim to leave a positive impact on the planet while delighting our customers with a feast for the senses.
